CONTEST ENTRY INFORMATION
1. Try the PERLABELLA skin care product as specified in the
Product Trial guidelines provided.
2. Complete the Contest Entry Questionnaire provided.
3. Entry Materials consist of a completed Contest Entry Questionnaire and can be
submitted to More online from May 10 – May 24, 2010.
One (1) Contest winner will be selected by a panel of judges based on pre-determined criteria and will be notified by More magazine by June 14, 2010.
